In-Duct Air Purifier Installation

In-Duct Air Purifiers work differently than UV lights. They are typically installed on the air ducts and not in the air handler and they clean the contaminants in the air by removing and reducing VOCs (volatile organic compounds) in the air as it passes through the system. Since the air circulates the A/C system 5-7 times a day the purifier gets to treat the air over and over again reducing contaminants and improving air quality. Most odors are caused by VOCs and the purifier works great for systems where people complain about odor issues.
